We maintain the highest possible credit rating and a low Days-to-Pay count. We are always looking for quality carriers to work with. If you are interested in becoming a preferred carrier for SDS Logistics Services, we need the following from you:

  • Copy of carrier ICC operating authority
  • Copy of current insurance certificate listing SDS Logistics Services as certificate holder:
    • $100,000 Cargo
    • $1,000,000 General Liability
  • Verification of Safety Record and Authority from FMCSA
  • W-9 tax form
  • Signed Carrier-Broker Agreement (PDF Document)
